Here is one of our favorite custom builds. We decided to try and rebuild the old school USAF 604. These are using a 20" .625 lightweight barrel with a 1/12 twist. The barrel is made of 41V50 steel and the chamber/bore is chrome lined. We have also used a A1 Bird cage flash hider on it. Upper receiver is black finished. Handguards are not included. BCG and Charging handle are not included.

All TNTE uppers are custom built using exacting tolerances by highly trained armorers. Your receiver and barrel are torqued to a spec of 55-65 +/- for best accuracy. Then your feed ramps and chamber are polished and de-burred. All uppers are checked for proper head-spacing and test fired to ensure reliability. Beware of sellers who refuse to tell you where their parts come from because all uppers are not created equal. We use only Milspec or higher quality parts for your upper. TNTE uppers are built with professionals in mind, we go through them with a fine tooth comb to make sure when you need it most it will be there for you. Our custom stripped uppers are covered by a one year warranty. Complete uppers have a limited lifetime warranty.Product Videos

Secured the Goods
Was a bit skeptical prior to ordering, but at the time it was the only one left in stock so I just had to purchase it. When it arrived, I was well pleased and impressed by how well this upper is built in pristine quality. Haven't shot it yet but looking forward to it when I do! Also waiting on those A1/A2 carbine uppers to restock soon!
