TNTE has responded to popular demand! The Pencil 11.5" barrel is an excellent enhancement for your SBR and pistol collection. It features a 5.56 NATO chamber with both the bore and chamber chrome-lined, while the exterior boasts a phosphate coating. Constructed from 4150 11595E Steel, it has a carbine-length gas system. As a retro barrel, it comes with a .625" diameter gas block. A forged front sight base is securely attached using taper pins. The barrel nut and round end cap are included.

11.5 Pencil barrel
Perfect barrel for XM177E2 retro build. Correct non M4 front hand guard retainer and sight is not F marked. Finish is also right on. I will need to remove bayonet lug, which is easy enough. This saved me a lot of work, Thanks!

It's perfect, no complaints. I was expecting a lower quality barrel, it was better than I what I thought.
