Product Description
Service includes Front Sight Base, Barrel Nut, and Endcap. Typical turnaround time is 10-15 business days after receiving your barrel. Select A2 for fixed carry handle, F-Marked for flat top uppers, A1 for pencil, lightweight, and gunner barrels. The gas block journal must be 1.9" or longer to be pinned. 1.1" journals such as the BA Hanson or Faxon Pencil (Not Gunner they are 1.9").

FRONT SIGHT BASE PINNING PHOSPHATE INCLUDES FSB
I've had two phosphated barrels completed with the FSB services now through TNTE - and the results are excellent with good turn-around times. Highly recommended for getting it done right! In fact, I'm sending another one next week as well.

FSB drill and pin
WOW!!! Had tntesales drill and pin my FN CHF BBL. If there are any flaws, I can’t find ‘em. The FSB forging even looks flawless, usually one protective wing is thicker than the other. Haven’t shot yet but appears to be dead nuts straight. Highly recommend.

FSB front sight pin
Did a great job on the front sight. Tight and straight. Wish they had some options without bayonet lug but that's okay. Turnaround was a little longer than I was expecting but it was worth the wait. Great value for the money. Overall very pleased.

Better than Milspec
The FSB was pinned on square and straight, much better than the M16A2 I carried in the 90's, it was canted about 2 degrees from the factory. I'm very happy with the work, price, and turn around. Thank you!

Amazing work, truly top quality
Patrick, you did amazing work! Beautiful install on the WOA SPR barrel. Amazing install on the RRA SS match barrel, especially since it was pre-drilled god another fixed front sight tower that I didn't have. Pinning that front sight was an exhibit of mad skills. Thank you for the incredible work!
