Have a peace of mind by getting your A2 Front Sight Gas Block Pinned to your barrel. This ensures the post to securely sit and not move. Send in your FSB, Barrel Nut, Endcap, we supply the taper pins. The gas block journal must be 1.9" or longer to be pinned. 1.1" journals such as the BA Hanson or Faxon Pencil (Not Gunner they are 1.9")
Please NOTE: We will not re-pin a front sight base or gas block that has already been pinned. Please ensure prior to shipment that your parts have not been pre-drilled. If we receive predrilled parts we will return them to you without completing the service.
Typical turn around time is 5-10 business days after receiving your barrel. Select A2 for fixed carry handle, F-Marked for flat top uppers, A1 for pencil, lightweight, and gunner barrels.

Quick turnaround, excellent workmanship
I sent out a nitrided Faxon barrel, my own barrel nut, and my own FSB for pinning. Within a week I got a shipping notice from UPS. When it arrived, it was very well-done. The sight tower is perfectly centered with no perceivable cant. I was impressed.
